Project Title: Aero-Thermo-Elastic Analysis of Hypersonic Vehicle (THV)
Sponsor: Aeronautics R and D Board (Government of India, Ministry of Defence, DRDO Bhawan, Rajaji Marg, New Delhi – 110 011)
Compensation: Up to Rs. 37,000 per month (depending on qualifications & experience)
Qualifications Required:
- B. Tech./B. E. in Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean/Naval or relevant field OR ME/M. Tech in relevant discipline.
- Selected through any of the following:
- National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship), and GATE.
- National-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies/Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.
Relevant Experience:
- Knowledge of solid mechanics and finite element method is desired.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Visually Handicapped and female candidates

- 3 months or until the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
