The eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview for the positions of Consultant Sports Instructor/Coach and Consultant Groundsman. The engagement is purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without notice. This engagement will not confer any right to regularization, absorption, permanency, or continuation beyond the contract period. Eligible candidates may appear in the walk-in-interview as per the following details:

Period of Engagement
The initial hiring for Consultants Sports Instructor/Coach and Consultant Groundsman will be for a period of 11 (eleven) months, which may be extended based on requirements and satisfactory performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Training for five sports activities: Yoga, Cricket, Football, Wushu, Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball. Later, it may be extended to Hockey, Table Tennis, Archery, etc.
- Sports training shall be conducted in the morning (6-8 a.m.) or evening (3-5 p.m.) for two hours each.
- Sports Instructors/Coaches and Groundsman shall maintain grounds, tracks, and courts for smooth functioning of sports activities, submitting maintenance reports to the Sports In-charge every semester.
- Prepare and submit a list of required equipment to the Sports In-charge every semester.
- Prepare a status report of sports activities (soft and hard copy) every semester and submit it to the Sports In-charge.
- Organize training to improve the performance of players and ensure participation in recognized championships in and outside the university.
- Actively plan and execute various sports activities during special occasions such as Foundation Day, Annual Sports Day, or other important events.
- Prepare and maintain files related to sports activities and provide required information to competent authorities.
- Prepare an Annual Sports Calendar.
- Conduct the selection process for team/players for Championships/Tournaments.
General Terms and Conditions
- Sports Certificate with Barcode and Photograph for participation in State, National, Zonal, and International Tournaments must be enclosed with the application form.
- Contractual employees may be called for services on holidays or beyond normal working hours without extra remuneration.
- No House Rent Allowance or Transport Allowance will be provided.
- Consultants must adhere to confidentiality under the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- The University may terminate the contract at any time with one month’s notice.
- Documents proving qualification, experience, and age must be produced in original at the time of the Walk-In-Interview.
- In case of false information, the candidature will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
- The University reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
- The University may conduct interviews through personal appearance, video conference, or other modes as deemed suitable.
- Interested candidates must register online before appearing for the interview and bring the filled-in application form along with original documents and two color photographs.
- The University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates in case of any inadvertent mistake in the selection process.
