Project Title: Engineering Design Solutions for Onboard LNG Storage Vessels including Bunkering Ships (LNG_CYC)
Sponsor: Ministry of Shipping (Government of India, Sagarmala Cell, 1st Floor, PTI Building, Parliament Street, New Delhi)
Compensation: Up to Rs. 37,000 per month (depending on qualifications & experience)
Qualifications Required:
- ME / M. Tech. in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Cryogenic / Ocean & Naval / Marine / Ocean-river-land science, with 75% or 8.0 CGPA.
- OR B.E./B. Tech. in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Ocean and Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering or equivalent with minimum 75% or 8.0 CGPA.
- Selected through any of the following:
- National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship), and GATE.
- National-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies/Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.
Relevant Experience:
- Background in CFD, coding with Python/FORTRAN, handling commercial CFD packages, and hands-on experience in developing experimental setups.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Visually Handicapped and female candidates

- 12 months or until the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
