Eligibility and Educational Qualification
Candidates must be enrolled from Central North District as per new jurisdiction and from erstwhile District Shahdara. They should have completed Basic Training/Foundation Course on Civil Defence in Delhi and must have been enlisted as Active CDVs on Mega Mustering held on 11.05.2025 & 17.05.2026 or submitted an application for enlistment as Active CDVs as per the circular dated 22.09.2026. Additionally, candidates should have previously performed Call Out Duty in Central North District during the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026.
