Project Title: An experiment to increase female labor force participation: Introducing exogenous variation of gender composition in the recommendation pool by a large staffing agency in India (IFV)
Sponsor: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) (A statutory body created by an Act of Parliament – ANRF Act, 2023, Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) 3rd)
Compensation: Up to Rs. 21,800 per month (depending on qualifications & experience)
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree in Economics
- Candidates with GATE, JRF qualification would be preferred
Relevant Experience:
- Prior experience with STATA (at least intermediate level)
- Basic time series knowledge
- Any basic knowledge in Power BI would be an advantage
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 50 years

- Rs. 100/- (Not applicable for female candidates)
Tenure:
- 12 months or until the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
