Qualification : Candidates must possess a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification. A good academic record is essential.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (3 years for SC/ST candidates) is required in a government department, academic/research institution, or a commercial organization of national/international repute. Out of this, at least 2 years must be in the immediate lower Pay level 6 or equivalent (pre-revised scale of Rs. 9300-34800, Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-) or in a higher scale. If currently employed in the private sector, the candidate’s salary should be between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 50,000 per month. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
