1. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized board.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in mechanical works at a Shipyard, Dockyard, Engineering Company, or Government Establishment, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years in electrical works, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Alternatively, ITI (NTC) and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) with 22 years of experience.
3. Assistant Engineer (Electronics)
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years of experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Alternatively, ITI (NTC) and NAC with 22 years of experience in electronics work.
4. Assistant Engineer (Maintenance)
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in machinery/crane maintenance, with 2 years of supervisory experience. ITI (NTC) and NAC with 22 years of experience can also apply.
5. Assistant Administrative Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA) or 3-year Diploma in Commercial Practice/Computer Engineering/Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 7 years of office-related work experience in HR, personnel, or administrative tasks, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
6. Assistant Fire Officer
- Qualification: Pass in SSLC and Sub-Officer’s Course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in fire fighting and allied operations, preferably in a shipyard.
7. Accountant
- Qualification: Graduate with M.Com or CA/CMA Intermediate.
- Experience: 7 years of finance/accounting experience with M.Com or 5 years for CA/CMA Intermediate holders, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
