Eligibility Criteria

  • Project Associate-I: First class M.Sc. in Botany/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Physiology/Ecology/Forestry.
  • Project Associate-I (Agriculture): First class M.Sc. in Botany or M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Seed Science & Technology.
  • Project Assistant: B.Sc. in Botany/Plant Science/Forestry/Environmental Science.
  • Project Assistant (Forestry): B.Sc. in Forestry/Botany/Environmental Science.
  • Junior Research Fellow: First class M.Sc. in Forestry. Desirable qualifications include management of weeds/invasive species and plantation management.

Age Limit

The age limits for the positions are as follows:

  • Maximum Age for Project Associate-I: 35 years
  • Maximum Age for Junior Research Fellow: 28 years

Age relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, Women, and Physically Handicapped candidates.
