Eligibility Criteria
- Marine Engineer: Must hold a 1st Class Motor Certificate or Marine Engineer Officer Class I Certificate as per the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958, along with one year of post-qualification experience as Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer on a foreign-going ship.
- Superintending Engineer (Civil): A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with nine years of experience in executive cadre in planning, construction, design, or maintenance, preferably of port and marine structures.
- Dy. Director (Research): A degree in Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics with five years of executive experience in planning or data collection and interpretation. A PG Degree/Diploma in relevant fields is desirable.
Age Limit
- Marine Engineer: Up to 40 years
- Superintending Engineer (Civil): Up to 40 years
- Dy. Director (Research): Up to 35 years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is applicable. Employees of Major Port Authorities can apply up to 55 years of age.

Selection Process
