AIIMS Rae Bareli Senior Residents Recruitment 2024 Essential Eligibility Criteria
Medical Qualification:
- Must have a medical qualification listed in the first, second, or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
- Candidates with qualifications in Part II of the third schedule should meet the requirements of Section 13 (3) of the Act.
- Medical Council Registration: Must be registered with the Central or State Medical Council.
- Postgraduate Degree:
- Broad Speciality: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty or equivalent.
- Super Speciality: MD/MS/DNB in the related broad specialty or DM/M.Ch/DNB in the concerned super specialty.
- Pathology Department: MD in Pathology or MD in Lab Medicine.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age for the Senior Resident post is 45 years.
- Age relaxation is provided as follows:
- SC/ST Candidates: Relaxation of 5 years.
- OBC Candidates: Relaxation of 3 years.
- Physically Handicapped (OPH) Candidates:
- Up to 10 years for General Category.
- Up to 13 years for OBC Category.
- Up to 15 years for SC/ST Category.
