Applicants must be between 22 to 30 years as of 01 April 2025. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories:

Union Bank Assistant Manager Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Online Examination – Objective test including reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and professional knowledge.
- Group Discussion (if conducted) – Marks: 50 (Qualifying: 25 for UR/EWS, 22.5 for reserved)
- Personal Interview – Marks: 50 (Qualifying: 25 for UR/EWS, 22.5 for reserved)
Final merit will be based on performance in the exam, GD (if held), and interview.
