There are two(02) vacant posts of Assistant Editor, Group A’ posts of in the pay scale of Rs. 67700-208700, Level 11 in Pay Matrix of Seventh Pay Commission (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs.15600-39100+grade pay 6600/- )

The appointment will be made on deputation (including short-term contract)/absorption from the officers of Central Government/State Government or Union territories or Recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisations:-

holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
With 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500/grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University or equivalent:
(j) Seven years practice as an Advocate in a High Court; or (k) Seven years experience in State Judicial Service; or (1) Seven years experience in legislation and legal affairs in the Law Department of a State Government; or (m)Seven years experience in the Legislative Department of the Central Government; or

Seven years experience in editing in a Department concerned with Law Reports; or
Seven years experience of legislative drafting; or
Seven years experience of translation in Hindi of principal and subordinate legislation; or
Seven years experience in teaching or research in Law; or
Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent with eight years experience in teaching or research in Law; and had studied Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at Bachelor’s

Degree level from a recognised University or equivalent and ability to translate and edit Court Judgements in Hindi.

Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan Personal Assistant Stenographer Vacancy

There are four (04) vacant posts of Group B’ (Non-Gazetted) posts of Personal Assistant (Stenographer) in Level 7 of pay matrix of 7`^h CPC pay scale of Rs. 44900142400 (pre-revised pay band-2 with pay scale of Rs.9300-34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 4600) belonging to General Central Service, is to be filled up urgently on deputation/absorption basis.

The appointment will be made by deputation/absorption basis from among the Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories :- (b) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the post in the scale of pay of Rs. 5000-8000 or equivalent the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing the following qualifications and experience:-

Essential

(j) Passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent: and (ii) Possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi Stenography.

Desirable:

Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as an elective/compulsory subject from a recognized University or equivalent and
Knowledge of computer operation.

There is one (01) vacancy of Group ’13’ ( Non-Gazetted) post of Accountant in the pay scale of Rs. 35400- 12400/-, Level-6 of 7^th CPC(the pre-revised pay band-2 with pay scale of Rs.9300-34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- )

The appointment will be made by deputation basis from among the Officers of the Central Government:- (A) (a) (i) Upper Division Clerk of Central Secretariat Clerical Service in the pre-revised pay band-I Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400/-, now level-4 of 7^ffi CPC with eight years’ regular service in the grade and who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) and possessing two years experience of cash, accounts and budget work; failing which Officers under the Central Government (a) (i) holding analogous post of regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

with six years service in the grade rendered after appoint.ment thereto on regular basis in the post in pay band-I (Rs. 5200-20200) plus grade pay of Rs. 2800 (pre revised) now Level-5 of 7¹¹¹ CPC in the parent cadre or department; or or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pre-revised pay band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400/-, now level-4 of 7^1h CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (b) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent or possess two years’ experience of cash, accounts and budget work; or

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation/ absorption shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Pay of the officer selected for the post will be regulated in accordance with the provisions contained in the Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training, O.M. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay.II), the 5^t1 January, 1994, as amended from time to time.
