Candidates should have passed the High School Exam with Science & Intermediate (10+2), along with a Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Ayurved), Diploma in Midwifery (Ayurved), or a Certificate as Ayurved Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri).
The application fee is Rs. 125/- (including processing fee).
