TISS Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
1. Program Executive
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields with 5 years of experience in project implementation.
- Responsibilities: Oversee district team operations, monitor program progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
2. Program Coordinators (PC)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in related fields with 3 years of experience in project work.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate block-level program activities, assist in report writing, and support block-level teams in program evaluation.
3. Accountant
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or related fields with 2 years of finance experience.
- Responsibilities: Handle financial reporting, assist with project financial planning, and collaborate with stakeholders on financial matters.
4. Upper Division Clerks (UDC)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 2 years of office experience.
- Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks, assist in program implementation, and support district-level reporting.
5. Program Assistant cum Field Officers
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of field or project experience.
