Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Assistant Coach position, candidates must have:
- A Diploma or equivalent in coaching from SAI NS-NIS, Patiala or any other recognized Indian/Foreign University.
- OR Participation in Olympics/Paralympics/Asian Games/World Championship with a Certificate Course in Coaching.
- OR Dronacharya Awardee.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years as of 01/02/2026. Age relaxations are applicable as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen and Departmental Candidates: As per Government norms
- Contractual Employees of SAI: Equivalent to the duration of service in SAI
