Educational Qualifications

Scouts and Guides Qualifications
- President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- An active member of a Scouts organization for at least 5 years (since 2019-20).
- Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-A.
- Participation in two national-level or All India Railways-level events and two state-level events.

Application Fee
- General Candidates: ₹500 (₹400 refundable if eligible and appeared for the exam).
- SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PWD/Women/Minorities/Economic Backward Classes: ₹250 (fully refundable if eligible and appeared for the exam).
