- Educational Qualification:
- Full-time degree from a recognized university.
- Full-time degree or diploma in Social Science from an institution recognized by the State Government.

2. Supervisor-Production/Lab
- Educational Qualification:
- 1st Class full-time diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Higher qualifications such as B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant fields will also be considered.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on 18th November 2024.
3. Supervisor (Technical Safety)
- Educational Qualification:
- 1st Class full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.
- Higher qualifications like B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical will also be considered.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on 18th November 2024.
4. Supervisor-Electrical
- Educational Qualification:
- 1st Class full-time diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Higher qualifications like B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical will also be considered.
