SBI Junior Associate (Clerk) Recruitment 2024:The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre under a Special Recruitment Drive for the Union Territory of Ladakh. Eligible candidates can apply online between 7 December 2024 and 27 December 2024.

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates in the final year of graduation can apply provisionally, provided they can submit proof of passing by 31 December 2024.
Age Limit (as of 1 April 2024)
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 28 years
Relaxation in upper age limit as per government norms:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
PwBD: 10-15 years depending on category
Banking Jobs 2024 Selection Process
Preliminary Examination:
Objective test for 100 marks, including English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
Duration: 1 hour
Negative marking of 1/4th for each wrong answer.
Main Examination:
Objective test for 200 marks, including General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability with Computer Aptitude.
Duration: 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Section-wise timing applicable.
Language Proficiency Test:
Candidates must be proficient in Urdu, Ladakhi, or Bhoti (Bodhi).
Exempted if proof of language proficiency is provided in 10th/12th mark sheets.
Final Selection: Based on marks obtained in the Main Examination and language proficiency.
