Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 2 years’ experience in fields like banking, GST, income tax, accounts preparation, audit, or tendering.
- Section Officer (Finance): CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent specialization with 2 years’ experience in HR Management, Learning & Development, Labor Legislation, and more.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC-NCL: +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years (cumulative for reserved categories).
Selection Process
- Written Test
- 125 Objective Questions (No negative marking)
- Duration: 2.5 hours
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 45%
- Document Verification and Interview
- Weightage: Written Test (60%), Interview (40%)
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview:
- UR/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%
