- OR Master of Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications with 55% marks and seven years’ computing experience.

- Experience: Five years as a Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) in a Level-6 position (35,400–1,12,400) in Central/State Government institutions.
