Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer/ Information Technology, Photography/ Cinematography, or equivalent.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Operation and maintenance of cameras
- Switching, power supply, broadband, or relevant equipment for VJ/Correspondent work.
Age Limit
- Below 35 years as of the notification date.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate Vision Mixer, Audio Consoles, field cameras, and microphones for live and recorded telecasts.
- Perform pre/post-production tasks for telecasts.
- Handle live streaming and recordings from makeshift platforms as required.
- Report to designated officers and assist with troubleshooting during live telecasts.
- Work across shifts as per the local roster.
- Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of all telecast equipment.
- Prepare reports and communicate effectively as part of assigned duties.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract Basis: Engagement is purely contractual; no claims for regularization will be entertained.
- Full-Time Assignment: Candidates cannot take up any other assignments during the contract period.
- Performance-Based Extension: Engagement may be extended based on annual appraisals.
- TDS Deductions: Consolidated remuneration is subject to TDS as per Income Tax rules.
- Termination Clause: Engagement can be revoked at any time without assigning a reason.
- Additional Tasks: Candidates may be assigned duties beyond the designated tasks if required.
- No Claim Beyond 2 Years: The contract cannot be extended beyond two years.
