Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/institute with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

GATE 2024 Score POWERGRID PESL Recruitment 2024
Applicants must have appeared and qualified in the Electrical Engineering (EE) paper of GATE 2024. The qualifying marks will be as declared by the GATE organizing body.

Salary and Benefits PESL Recruitment 2024
- Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period and receive a stipend of Rs.30,000 – Rs.1,20,000 with HRA and perks at 12% of basic pay.
- Post-training: After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Engineers (E0 level) in the pay scale of Rs.30,000 – Rs.1,20,000 with additional benefits such as DA, performance-related pay, provident fund, gratuity, pension, and medical benefits.
POWERGRID PESL Recruitment 2024 Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond. The bond amount is Rs.5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs.2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. The bond mandates a minimum service period of three years after completing the training.
