The selection process for the Engineer Trainee position involves multiple stages. Initially, candidates’ marks obtained in the corresponding paper of GATE 2024 are considered. Only those who have qualified in GATE 2024 will proceed to the next stage. Following this, candidates will be shortlisted based on their normalized marks out of 100 in GATE 2024 for Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Qualified candidates will have the option to appear for the GD/Interview in Hindi or English. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in GATE 2024 (85%), Group Discussion (3%), and Personal Interview (12%).
