Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate or equivalent
Essential Eligibility: Retired Indian Navy Officer
Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years of service in Indian Navy
Desirable Experience:
- Offshore oil & gas experience
- Knowledge of International Maritime Law
- Experience in Offshore Security Policy making
- Liaison experience with Local Government authorities, Coast Guard, Coastal Police, etc.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 40 years
Maximum Age: 50 years (as on 16th December 2025)

Salary Structure
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 1,50,000/- (lump-sum, inclusive of local conveyance, telephone, internet, etc.)

Quarterly home town visit (15 days including travel) arranged by the company
