North Central Railway Teacher Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification
Candidates for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) roles should possess either:
– A two-year integrated Post Graduate Course from the Regional College of Education of NCERT in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, or
– A Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject.

In addition, candidates are required to possess a B.Ed. or equivalent degree and exhibit expertise in teaching in both Hindi and English mediums. For Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) roles, applicants must hold either a four-year integrated degree course from the Regional College of Education of NCERT in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks, or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject/combination of subjects.
