NLC Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Overview

NLC India Limited invites applications for ITI/Diploma/Graduate Apprenticeship Training for the year 2024 at its Barsingsar Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The training period is one year and is open to candidates from Rajasthan who have completed relevant courses between 2020 and 2024.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 57,000/- and will undergo selection through a written test and merit-based evaluation. The age limit for all positions is 28 years, with relaxation available for candidates belonging to OBC, SC/ST, and PWD categories.

Selection Process for NLC Apprentice

Candidates will be selected based on their percentage or total marks obtained in the qualifying examination relevant to their applied position, whether it’s ITI, Diploma, or a Degree. For Trade Apprentices, selection will consider the percentage of marks scored in all subjects of the ITI examinations (NCVT).

Diploma/Technician Apprentices will be selected based on the percentage of marks scored in their Diploma of the relevant discipline, while Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices will be selected based on the percentage of marks obtained in their BE/B.Tech. In case of grades or CGPA, they will be converted to percentage marks. The selection criteria also consider the seniority of candidates based on their date of birth in case of ties in the percentage of marks.
