- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/Energy Science & Engineering/Renewable Energy or M.Tech/M.E. in any specialization of Mechanical Engineering/Energy Science & Engineering/Renewable Energy from a recognized institute/university with at least 60% marks or 6.5/10 CPI/CGPA.
