- Executive Director (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/Engineering with an MBA in Marketing and 20 years of experience.
- General Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/Engineering with an MBA preferred, and relevant experience.
- DGM (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/Engineering/Chemistry with an MBA preferred, and 16 years of relevant experience.
- Chief Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/Engineering/Chemistry with an MBA preferred, and 14 years of relevant experience.
- Management Trainee (Technical – Commercial): 10th pass with Diploma in Handloom/Textile Technology/Chemistry.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Company Secretary: Associate/Fellow Company Secretary-ship with additional qualifications preferred.
- Management Trainee (F&A): Graduate with MBA in Finance.
- DGM (HR): MBA in Personnel Management/HR/Industrial Relations or MSW with 16 years of experience.
