NEET UG Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the Centre Wise and City Wise Results for the NEET UG 2024 exam on 20 July 2024. Following the Supreme Court of India’s directive, the NTA has released the Centre Wise Merit List and individual results.
The NEET UG exam was conducted on 5 May and 23 June 2024. Initially, the NTA published the NEET UG Result on 4 June 2024, followed by a revised result on 30 June 2024. Due to allegations of a NEET UG paper leak, the issue is currently being addressed by the Supreme Court. On 18 July 2024, the Supreme Court ordered the NTA to release the Centre Wise results by 20 July 2024. Accordingly, the NTA has made these results available today. NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST [ NEET (UG) – 2024] will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday, 05 May 2024 (Sunday) in Pen and Paper mode in 13 languages, as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to admission to BHMS course as per National Commission for Homeopathy Act, 2020. The languages in which the NEET (UG) 2024 would be conducted are: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admission to BSc Nursing Course being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2024 are required to qualify NEET. The NEET score shall also be used for shortlisting for selection to the four-year BSc Nursing course.

NEET UG Centre Wise Result 2024
As per the Supreme Court’s directions, the NTA has declared the NEET UG Centre-wise Result on 20 July 2024 of the NEET UG candidates who appeared for the written exam. The NEET UG exam took place on May 5 and June 23, 2024, with initial results published on June 4 and a revised result on June 30. The court has ordered the NTA to make the results available while ensuring the anonymity of candidates.
The National Testing Agency has been conducting the NEET (UG) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Education, in pursuance of the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. The NEET (UG) – 2024 was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 05 May 2024 from 02:00 to 05:20 P.M. (IST) at 4750 Centres in 571 cities (including 14 cities abroad) for more than 24 lakhs candidates. The result of the NEET (UG) – 2024 was declared on 04 June 2024. Pursuant to the Order dated 13.06.2024 of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in W.P. (Civil) No. 368 of 2024 a Re-Test was held for 1563 candidates on 23 June 2024 from 02.00 P.M. to 05.20 P.M, out of which a total of 813 candidates appeared therein. The result of the Re-test of NEET (UG) – 2024 was declared on 30 June 2024.
