NSC Recruitment 2024 Essential Qualifications & Experience

A) Educational Qualification(s):

• Essential:
  1. Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory subject at the degree level.
  2. Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi or English as a medium of examination at the degree level.
• Desirable:
  1. Knowledge of a language other than Hindi as mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution at the matriculation level.
  2. Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa from a recognized university/institution.

B) Experience:

• Two years of experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central/State Government office or PSU.
• Candidates with a diploma or certificate in translation (B.ii) may not require the experience.

Scale of Pay for NSC Translator Recruitment 2024

• Basic Pay (BP): Rs. 22,000 – Rs. 77,000 (IDA)

• Type of Employment: Regular
