National Museum New Delhi Curator Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Current Position:
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations.
- Should currently hold a similar position or have five years of service in a grade with a pay scale of ₹8,000 – ₹13,500 or equivalent.
- Educational Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Museology or History of Arts or an equivalent field.
- OR Master’s Degree in Indian History, Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit, Persian, Arabic, Archaeology, Anthropology, or Fine Arts, with an additional diploma in Museology.
- Experience:
- Museum Experience: At least five years in a museum of national or regional importance.
- Research Experience: One year of research in Numismatics and Epigraphy, supported by published work.
- Field Experience: One year of hands-on fieldwork and practical training in Numismatics and Epigraphy.
- Age Requirement:
- Candidates should be below 56 years of age as of the application deadline.
