Eligibility Criteria
- Category: The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

- Course Admission: The applicant must have secured admission for regular and full-time Ph.D. courses in a recognized university or academic institution under one of the following categories:
- Universities/Institutes/Colleges included under section 2(f) or 12(B) or both of the UGC Act.
- Deemed Universities eligible for UGC grants.
- Universities/Institutes/Colleges funded by the Central/State Government.
- Institutes of National Importance.
- Admission Date: For Ph.D., the applicant should not have joined before 01-04-2020.
