Ministry of Law & Justice Clerk Vacancy 2024: Department of Legal Affairs invites application from the suitable persons for filling up of four (04) posts of Record Clerk (a Group C post in Level 2 of Pay Matrix) on deputation basis. Three (03) vacancies are available presently and it is proposed to prepare a panel for future vacancies.
विधिक कार्य विभाग प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर रिकॉर्ड क्लर्क (वेतन मैट्रिक्स के लेवल 2 में ग्रुप सी पद) के चार (04) पदों को भरने के लिए उपयुक्त व्यक्तियों से आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है। वर्तमान में तीन (03) रिक्तियां उपलब्ध हैं और भविष्य की रिक्तियों के लिए एक पैनल तैयार करने का प्रस्ताव है।
It is requested that particulars of eligible officials who fulfil the eligibility criteria and are willing to be considered for the post may please be forwarded to the undersigned in proforma given in Annexure-I in duplicate along with their up-to-date CR/APAR Dossier/Performance Report of last three years, Integrity Certificate and Vigilance Certificate showing major/minor penalty, if any, imposed against the official, within 30 days from the date of publishing of this circular in employment news. Official who volunteers for the post will not be permitted to withdraw their names later Applications received after the prescribed date shall not be considered.
अनुरोध है कि पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करने वाले तथा पद के लिए विचार किए जाने के इच्छुक पात्र अधिकारियों का विवरण कृपया अनुलग्नक-I में दिए गए प्रारूप में दो प्रतियों में अधोहस्ताक्षरी को उनके पिछले तीन वर्षों के नवीनतम सीआर/एपीएआर डोजियर/प्रदर्शन रिपोर्ट, सत्यनिष्ठा प्रमाण-पत्र तथा सतर्कता प्रमाण-पत्र के साथ रोजगार समाचार में इस परिपत्र के प्रकाशन की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर भेजें, जिसमें अधिकारी के विरुद्ध लगाए गए प्रमुख/लघु दंड, यदि कोई हों, को दर्शाया गया हो। जो अधिकारी इस पद के लिए स्वेच्छा से आवेदन करेंगे, उन्हें बाद में अपना नाम वापस लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। निर्धारित तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
