Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Graduation in Law under 10+2+3+3, 10+2+5, 10+2+4+3 or any other recognized pattern from a University in the Indian Union recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Must have passed all Law Examinations within the duration of the course.
- Law Degree should be obtained not earlier than five years as on the date of Notification (on or after 12-11-2020).
- Candidates pursuing Post-Graduate Degree in Law or any other program requiring compulsory attendance elsewhere are not eligible.
