Madras High Court Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process involves a preliminary interview and a final interview:
- Preliminary Interview: The candidates will be called for preliminary interview in the ratio of 1:10 based
on the marks secured by them in SSLC, HSC / Diploma, U.G. / P.G. The Object of the Preliminary Interview is to access the suitability of the candidates, by judging the Mental alertness, Computer Skills, Communication skills and Politeness. - Final Interview: The candidates will be shortlisted for Final Interview as per merit, based on the
marks scored in Preliminary Interview in the ratio of 1:3 or such number as may be decided by the Madras High Court.
The Final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidates in the Preliminary Interview and Final Interview.
Interview Centres
The preliminary interview will be conducted at the Principal District Court of the respective districts or any other location as decided by the Madras High Court. The main interview and certificate verification details will be available on the official website of the Madras High Court.
Publication of Results
The final selection list will be published on the Madras High Court website based on merit. The final selection will be confirmed after the verification of original documents/testimonials.
Place of Posting
The selected candidates will be posted in e-Sewa Kendras in the district they applied for.
