Eligibility and Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Teaching Assistant position must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Economics or Applied Economics from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Additionally, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or a similar test accredited by the UGC. Candidates with a Ph.D. degree are exempt from NET/SLET/GSET.
