They should also have valid registration with the Delhi Medical Council. Candidates must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution, including regular and ad-hoc periods. In case of non-availability of PG candidates, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the concerned specialty may be considered as per the residency scheme.
