Eligibility and Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Faculty post must be graduates in any field (Science/Commerce/Arts). Preference may be given to candidates with a Post-Graduate degree in MSW/MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology or relevant fields. Previous experience as Faculty is preferred. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills in the local language, with fluency in English and Hindi being an added advantage. Selection Process
The selection process will consist of three stages:
- Written Test: To assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.
- Personal Interview: To assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and ability to get along with the trainees.
- Demonstration/Presentation: To assess teaching skills and communication capability.
