IOCL Engineer Recruitment 2025
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna company and one of India’s leading energy firms, has announced its latest recruitment for Engineers/Officers (Grade A) across multiple engineering disciplines through the Computer Based Test (CBT) 2025. This recruitment is open to Indian nationals with strong academic backgrounds who wish to join IOCL in its mission to become a globally respected energy company.
The recruitment is available for graduates in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering, with the application period from 05 September 2025 to 28 September 2025. The selection process will include a CBT, Group Discussion, Group Task, and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of ₹50,000 – 1,60,000/-, with a total compensation package of approximately ₹17.7 lakh per annum.
BE/B.Tech or equivalent with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Upper Age Limit: 26 years (as of 01 July 2025).

The Computer Based Test (CBT) will last for 150 minutes and will be worth 100 marks. The question paper will consist of objective-type questions with 0.25 negative marking for each incorrect answer.
