- M.E./M.Tech./MS or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems with at least 65% marks (5% relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates).
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems with at least 65% marks.
For B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. candidates, a valid GATE/NET score is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys. For the SRF position, a minimum of two years of research experience in the VLSI domain is required.
