IIT Jammu Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

  • JRF Age Limit: 30 Years
  • SRF Age limit: 32 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

  • M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent. 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. Students awaiting results may also apply. OR
  • Candidates with B.E. /B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent.
  • Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for the candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc

Salary

  • Rs. 37,000/- for JRF+ HRA as applicable
  •  Rs. 42,000/- for SRF+ HRA as applicable
