Qualification for Junior Coach:
- XII with Certificate/Level Courses in Sports Coaching from respective Sports Federation or
- Six-week Certificate Course in Sports Coaching from NIS
Experience for Junior Coach: 2 years in sports coaching in a recognized organization.
Qualification for Coach:
- Graduation in any subject and Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NS-NIS or recognized institution in relevant Sports or
- Bachelor’s in Physical Education from a recognized University.
Experience for Coach: 2 years in a recognized organization post-qualification.
Qualification for Senior Coach:
- Graduation in any subject and Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NS-NIS or recognized institution in relevant Sports or
- Bachelor’s in Physical Education from a recognized University.
Experience for Senior Coach: 6 years in a recognized organization post-qualification.
Salary Structure
- Junior Coach: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
- Coach: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000
- Senior Coach: ₹56,000 – ₹65,000
