Eligibility Criteria IIM Kashipur Faculty Vacancy 2024
Professor: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in a relevant field, along with at least 10 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience. Of this, at least four years should be at the Associate Professor level in top-tier institutions like IIMs, IITs, or equivalent.
Associate Professor: Applicants should possess a Ph.D. and have a minimum of six years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least three years at the Assistant Professor level.
Assistant Professor (Grade I): A Ph.D. with at least three years of teaching or research experience (excluding Ph.D. duration) is required.
Assistant Professor (Grade II): This position is for candidates with a Ph.D. and less than three years of experience. Successful candidates may be promoted to Assistant Professor (Grade I) based on performance and experience.
