• Qualification Requirements: All qualifications must be obtained from a UGC-recognized University/Deemed University or an AICTE-approved autonomous institution (if applicable). Courses from autonomous institutions should be equivalent to those recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

• Important Dates: The cut-off date for determining age, experience, and educational qualifications is July 23, 2024.

Selection Process IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2024

• Candidate Shortlisting and Testing: Candidates who meet the qualifications outlined by the RoR will be shortlisted for further evaluation. This evaluation may include written tests, skill tests, and/or personal interviews, as per the IIMBG HR policy. Selection will be based on the performance in these tests and interviews. No interim communication will be entertained during this process.

• Waitlist Validity: The list of waitlisted candidates will remain valid for one year from the date of the result declaration.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/NC-OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates will be provided as per existing Central Government rules. Candidates seeking such relaxation must produce relevant proof of eligibility.
• Government Service Candidates: Candidates currently in government service should apply through the proper channel or provide a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the written test and/or interview. Applicants without an NOC will not be allowed to participate in the test or interview.
• Reservation Policy: The reservation policy will be implemented as per Government of India rules.
• Reapplication Requirement: Candidates who have applied in response to previous advertisements must reapply.
• Multiple Applications: Applications from candidates who submit two or more applications for the same position will be rejected.
