• M.E./M.Tech. in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, or allied disciplines.
• M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale, along with a valid GATE/NET score.
• For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a minimum of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale is required with a valid GATE/NET score.
