Eligibility & Qualifications (Essential)
- Head – PM & IT (Compliance) [GM Cadre]: Full-time Master/Bachelor in Engineering or Graduate in Science + MCA (Govt./Regulator-recognized).Experience: Overall IT exp. ≥ 12 years (preferably in Banks) in project management/IT audit/IT risk/compliance; ≥ 5 years in leadership roles.
Skills: Project mgmt tools/methodologies, DevSecOps/CoE, IT frameworks, IT audit/regulatory practices, stakeholder mgmt; PMP or equivalent preferred.
- General Manager – IT & MIS: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MSc-IT (Govt./Regulator-recognized).Experience: ≥ 12 years in IT (preferably BFSI) incl. ≥ 5 years leadership in MIS/IT strategy/digital transformation; track-record in large MIS/tech projects.
Skills: Core banking tech, data architecture, RBI/regulatory reporting; DW/BI (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), DBs (Oracle/SQL), and exposure to AI/ML/RPA/Cloud.
Detailed Responsibilities (as per Job Profiles)
Head – PM & IT (Compliance)
- Define vision, strategy, policies, processes for Bank-wide IT Program Management; common PM methodology, standards, tools
- Standardized portfolio reporting; cross-project risk/issue management; regular program reviews & executive status reporting
- Implement IT Governance framework; align IT Strategy with business goals; draft/maintain IT policies, standards, procedures
- Drive compliance with IT Risk Standards/RMP/regulatory obligations; conduct trainings; promote compliance culture
- Team leadership & staffing; productivity oversight; senior mgmt communication on program status/risks
General Manager – IT & MIS
- Own technology roadmap for MIS & data cleanup aligned to business/digital objectives; modernize from manual to tech-enabled MIS
- Integrate MIS with Core Banking, Finance, Risk, regulatory functions; build & lead specialized MIS/reporting team
- Build dashboards/self-service/real-time reporting; ensure data governance, accuracy, timeliness, RBI/statutory compliance
- Modernize platforms: analytics, cloud, data lake/warehouse; strengthen cyber security & data privacy in MIS usage
- Coordinate with regulators/auditors/vendors; lead cross-functional collaboration; foster innovation & accountability
Contract & Benefits
- Tenure: 5 years (annual review)
- Remuneration: Consolidated, market-linked; subject to applicable taxes/statutory deductions
- Leave: 12 Casual Leave + 15 additional leave per calendar year (pro-rata if joining mid-year); no encashment/carry-forward
- Facilities: TA/HA, mobile & laptop, air travel entitlement as per GM grade (with supervisor approval)
- Superannuation: Not applicable on contract
- Service Rules: IDBI Bank Officers’ Conduct Rules, 2006 (as amended) apply during contract

- Termination: Either side with 3 months’ notice or 3 months’ consolidated remuneration in lieu.
