Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in the concerned specialty or super specialty, namely:
- Medicine – Doctor of Medicine (Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine).
Experience:
- Three years’ experience in the concerned specialty or super specialty after obtaining the first postgraduate degree or five years’ experience after the postgraduate diploma.
Age Limit
Not exceeding 40 years as on 28-02-2026. Age relaxation up to five years is applicable for Government servants as per Central Government instructions.

The application fee is Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only). However, SC/ST/Women/PwBD/EWS candidates are exempted from the application fee.
