Exam Pattern

The written examination for Group C posts will be conducted offline (OMR-based). The question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi) and will consist of 100 questions, each carrying 0.975 marks. There will be no negative marking. Candidates will have a total of 105 minutes to complete the exam, including an extra five minutes to mark the fifth option if they do not know the answer.

Process of Recruitment for Group C Posts

1. After receiving applications, the Commission will hold an offline written examination or skill test for eligible candidates based on CET merit list.
2. Eligible candidates will be determined by the number of advertised posts:
   • Five times the number of posts if less than 30 posts are advertised.
   • 150 candidates if 30-40 posts are advertised.
   • Four times the number of posts if more than 40 posts are advertised.
3. All candidates who meet the CET cut-off marks for a post will be eligible for the skill and/or written examination.
4. Only candidates who meet the minimum educational qualifications and other eligibility conditions will be issued an Admit Card for the skill and/or written examination.
5. The Commission may hold a common examination for posts with similar qualifications, allocating positions based on merit and candidate preferences.
6. If fewer eligible candidates apply than the number specified, the Commission may extend the application deadline.
7. General category candidates must score at least 50% in the skill and/or written examination to be considered for selection. Reserved category candidates must score at least 40%.
8. The Commission will shortlist candidates based on examination marks and publish the list on the website.

Unfilled reserved category posts may be re-advertised according to the reservation policy.
