Selection Process

1. The selection process includes tools like a Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task, and Personal Interview, depending on the position.
2. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may be called for the CBT.
3. The CBT consists of two parts: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation) and Technical/Professional Knowledge (related to the qualifying degree).
4. Candidates qualifying in the CBT will be advised to upload supporting documents.
5. Based on application scrutiny, document uploads, and CBT merit list, shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Task and/or Personal Interview.
6. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in all applicable stages (CBT, Group Task, Personal Interview) to proceed.
7. A merit list will be drawn for candidates who qualify all stages, considering CBT, Group Task, Interviews, and Work Experience. Appointments will be based on category and discipline-wise vacancies.
