Published at least two research papers from the Ph.D. work, with at least one in a refereed journal
Presented at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies
Top 500 Foreign University
Ph.D. degree from universities ranked by QS, THE, or ARWU
Residence & Language
Minimum of 15 years of residence in Goa and knowledge of Konkani (knowledge of Marathi is desirable)
